1. Handcraft, Our Process
Handmade entirely in-house, from design to production from our open studio/store in Auckland, New Zealand. We keep light stock to reduce overproduction and waste. If your bag is ‘In Stock’, you can collect from our studio or order online. Please allow 2 working days to process and prepare your order for dispatch. If the item is ‘On Order’, please allow up to 7 working days for your bag to be lovingly handcrafted, processed and prepared for dispatch. Please get in touch via email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a deadline and wish to receive your order sooner, we will be in touch.
2. Ready for Shipping
Once your order has been made and prepared for shipping, it will disembark with NZ Post. If you have ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together. We have Standard shipping services, Express or you can pick up in-store, you can select your option at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Info page for more details. Please note, we do not take responsibility for any delays during shipping. Once the package has left our studio it is the customers responsibility to contact the courier to locate and track your order. Local guidelines apply once your purchase is in your country and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination; these are not included in your purchase.
3. Returns and Exchanges
All Georgia Jay products are designed and handmade in our studio in Auckland, New Zealand. Please choose carefully as due to the bespoke nature of our products we do not offer refunds on orders. However it's important that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit if your bag is not quite right for you within 5 days of receiving your order. We ship worldwide via NZ Post INTL, all shipping costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us at email@example.com.
Products purchased through a Georgia Jay stockist must be returned directly to them
We make bags to love and to last. We offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty on all of our products. If a Georgia Jay product is deemed faulty (by Georgia Jay) we will repair, replace or exchange the item within 12 months of the purchase date. We ship worldwide via NZ Post INTL, all shipping costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return a faulty bag, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase date details. Once an item is returned to us, we will assess and if deemed faulty by Georgia Jay, we will repair your item, failing this we will replace or refund your item. Georgia Jay will not refund or exchange products that have been damaged due to general wear and tear. We can, however, offer to repair your product at an additional charge. If your return falls outside the warranty period or without proof of purchase, we can offer repair services at the customer's expense.

5. Repairs and Longevity
We love to see our bags being repaired and reused for decades. To ensure a long life of your bag, we always offer a repair service for any of our products, no matter how old. A little TLC can ensure a much longer life so please get in touch if you would like to jazz up and service your well-loved bag.
