1. Made to Order, Our Process
Handmade entirely in house, from design to production from our open studio/store in Auckland, New Zealand. Each order is handled with care at the highest priority, once we receive your order we ask for your patience by allowing us 5-10 working days to make and prepare your order for dispatch. Please get in touch via email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a deadline and wish to receive your order sooner, we will be in touch.
2. Sample Sale Orders
Our lovely team is currently processing a high volume of orders as well as making all the sample sale pre-orders and we will be updating each customer via email with estimate dispatch dates when their order is ready. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email to track your parcels journey to you. If you run into any issues with shipping please contact the carrier directly. We thank you for your huge support and patience during this time, we are very excited for you to receive your orders soon.
3. Sample Sale Order Returns and Exchanges
All Georgia Jay products are designed and handmade in our studio in Auckland, New Zealand. For all Sample Sale orders we ask you choose carefully as all Sample Sale orders are final and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Due to bespoke nature of our products, the Sample Sale pieces have possible yet minor imperfections in the natural leather, however we love them all the more and hope you will too.
4. Returns and Exchanges
All Georgia Jay products are designed and handmade in our studio in Auckland, New Zealand. Please choose carefully as due to the bespoke nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds on all orders. However it's important that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit if your bag is not quite right for you (excluding Sample Sale orders). We ship worldwide via DHL Premium, all shipping costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order to organise an exchange.
5. Handmade to Last and to be Loved
We make bags to love and to last. We offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty on all of our products. If a Georgia Jay product is deemed faulty (by Georgia Jay) we will repair, replace or exchange the item within 12 months of the purchase date. To ensure a long life of your bag, we always offer a repair service for any of our products, no matter how old. A little TLC can ensure a much longer life so please get in touch if you would like to jazz up and service your well-loved bag firstname.lastname@example.org
6. Customer Care
If you would like to return a faulty bag, please email us at email@example.com with your purchase date details. Once an item is returned to us, we will asses and if deemed faulty by Georgia Jay, we will repair your item, failing this we will replace or refund your item.
Products purchased through a Georgia Jay stockist must be returned directly to them.
Georgia Jay will not refund or exchange products that have been damaged due to general wear and tear. We can, however, offer to repair your product at an additional charge.
If your return falls outside the warranty period or without proof of purchase, we can offer repair services at the customer's expense. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
