Our Process

Made to Order

Once your order has been lovingly made, wrapped and ready for dispatch, you will receive your tracking information where you can track your item all the way through delivery, within New Zealand and worldwide. Alternatively, if you wish to collect your order from our open studio/store in Auckland, please email us at the time of receiving your order confirmation.

Your Order is Ready to Ship

Handmade entirely in house, from design to production from our open studio/store in Auckland, New Zealand. Each order is handled with care at the highest priority, once we receive your order we ask for your patience by allowing us 5-10 working days to hand-make and prepare your order for dispatch. Please get in touch via email orders@georgiajay.com if you have a deadline and wish to receive your order sooner, and we will be in touch.

International Orders

All orders are sent via international courier and will take an estimated 7-10 working days from dispatch to arrive. Once your order is on its way, you will receive your tracking information where you can track your item all the way through delivery. If you are in a hurry for your order and need it urgently, email us at orders@georgiajay.com and can offer you alternative shipping arrangements. We are not responsible for customs delays and import taxes which may occur in some countries.


Your happiness is very important to us, so to ensure you love your Georgia Jay product, we offer FREE SHIPPING, RETURNS and EXCHANGES on all orders within New Zealand. If you are not entirely happy with your order or if it’s not quite right for you, please email us orders@georgiajay.com within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange your return. We are happy to exchange or refund any full price item you wish to return. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs for international orders.


All items must be in original condition with swing tags and dust bag supplied. We will refund the total order cost of the bag. All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty by the Georgia Jay team.


If you have received a bag that you believe to be faulty, please email us at hello@georgiajay.com with details including the date of purchase so that we can arrange for the item to be returned to us. Once the item has been received by us, we will assess and if deemed faulty by Georgia Jay, we will repair your item, failing this we will replace or refund your item.


Products purchased through a Georgia Jay stockist must be returned directly to them.


Georgia Jay will not refund or exchange products that have been damaged due to general wear and tear. We can, however, offer to repair your product at an additional charge.


If your return falls outside the warranty period or without proof of purchase, we can offer repair services at the customer’s expense. Please email us at hello@georgiajay.com
